We Welcome Luke to Venn

Luke is joining us after seven years of sales experience at UCAS. With knowledge of heading up a number of different sales teams, we’re excited to bring Luke’s talent and experience to Venn.

As we continue to evolve our tech platforms, Luke will be working closely with our new business team to cement our offering and bring new clients on board.

Get to know our new Sales Manager as we talk career, hobbies, and goals for the future.

What’s your role at Venn?

I am joining Venn as Sales Manager. I will be developing the offering and sales approach whilst coaching and leading the team to success. We will be working across our core industries and entering into new ones. The focus is customer first, I aim to build trust and work with brands/companies that have a shared vision of Venn. It’s a very exciting time to join the company.

With my style, it's all about digging deeper and finding where we can really make a difference.
 

What’s been the highlight of your career so far?

Seeing the teams I work with succeeding and also implanting ideas that exceed the end goals for the customer.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Motivated, Trusted, Innovative.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Playing golf with a bad handicap, time with the kids and pretending I know about CryptoCurrency.
 

Why did you choose Venn?

It was an easy decision, after seeing the offering and the direction of travel for Venn, they will really be a force to be reckoned with.

What are you most looking forward to here at Venn?

Being part of the actual forward-thinking company, that does concept to completion. It will be amazing to see companies grow with Venn and how we contributed to their success with a joined-up way of thinking.

What’s your best piece of advice for others in the industry?

Question everything and ask 'Is this adding value or giving me clear ROI?'
