01.The Role

To profitably execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients by managing channel managers and creating a strategy in line with business objectives & budgets.

You will work with Channel Manager(s) to set specific digital objectives, monitor and report on progress and adapt the strategy where necessary. 

Liaise with clients to inform the strategy, receive feedback and plan future marketing campaign activity. 

Support the sales team during the pitching process by analysing marketing metrics and current performance using data to produce strategy recommendations.

Support project teams where necessary to ensure a marketing-centric approach to the web build for clients that have a marketing retainer. 

Identify opportunities for growth with accounts and handover to the sales team. 

Work with the Operations & Commercial Director to develop and package the marketing product, proactively make recommendations to improve marketing product offerings. 

Salary: £25K - £28K depending on experience.

02.Your Responsibilities

  • Be aware of all available marketing channels and thorough understanding of how they can align with different objectives. 

  • Clearly understand client business objectives and consider all available marketing channels to design a strategy and agree KPI's to report on. 

  • Schedule work ensuring all deliverables are planned accurately to execute the strategy and meet deadlines. Holding channel managers to account for work delivered and ensuring brand consistency across all aspects of the strategy & campaign. 

  • Accurately attribute budget to the correct channel/person and report to Senior Managers to help inform internal business decisions. 

  • Create reports monthly and arrange QBRs to be supported by consultancy leaders at Venn. Monitorchanges in the marketindustry trends and the activities of main competitors, making recommendations to adjust the strategy where necessary. 

  • Have a commercial awareness of client revenue streams and understand profitability in order to report on ROI from marketing spend/activity. 

  • Have a thorough understanding of the service-level agreements and hold ourselves and clients to account, setting and managing expectations. 

  • Communicate regularly with clients to inform them on progress, get sign-off where necessary and maintain a positive working relationship, raising any red flags to the Operations Director. 

  • Collaborate with Commercial Director and Marketing Manager to support & develop the marketing strategy for internal marketing. 

03.The Requirements

  • A relevant marketing qualification or 3+ years' experience within a marketing role 

  • Commercial understanding of marketing impact 

  • Experience creating and executing successful B2B & B2C strategies 

  • Thorough knowledge of different marketing channels and how they can be levered to meet objectives 

  • Proficient use of Google Analytics and skills to evaluate data and make strategic decisions 

  • Managerial experience 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
