Job Description:

Given recent growth and new business, we are looking for someone to come and help us deliver on our paid media campaigns and help continue great performance with all things pay per click.

Working with the rest of the paid media team, you will be focused on the day to day management of a variety of clients. For the most part, this will be paid search across Google and Bing, but will also include elements of paid social, affiliate and display.

We are a very close team, so you will have an opportunity to have your say and input in to how campaigns can and should run. Support is provided by the wider team, including sales and client services, and you will be surrounded by a host of other experts across SEO, design, development, copy and content. Therefore, the ability to work within a team is vital.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Management of PPC & PLA accounts, including Google & Microsoft ads
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Plan, execute and manage short and long-term paid search campaigns
  • Ensure PPC campaigns are up to date and optimised according to brief and best practice
  • Monitor daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and CPCs
  • Perform keyword research and monitor bid management
  • Continuously look for ways to automate, optimise and improve account efficiency
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends


Relevant Skills & Experience:

  • 1 year+ hands on experience building and managing Bing and Google Ads campaigns
  • Ambition and ideas to improve campaign performance though bid management, keyword optimisation, landing page optimisation and ad copy.
  • Understanding of other paid media such as display and affiliate marketing;
  • Ability to work with a wider team to collaborate, deliver integrated campaigns and find new opportunities
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web tracking technologies



  • Experience working with eCommerce accounts/clients would be beneficial
  • Experience working with paid social accounts would be beneficial but not a requirement
