Paid Media Manager

What you will be doing?

Venn Digital is a fast-growing digital agency and requires a Paid Media Manager to build on the agency success to date and to continue its development.

As the Paid Media manager, you are ultimately responsible for the campaign activity for our clients. Your main objective is to ensure that we plan and deliver effective campaigns that result in improved media performance. Your role requires you to take ownership of key account development, to ensure the right work is delivered for clients so that they hit forecast targets against their business objectives and media spend. Building strong relationships and taking overall responsibility for everything from technical standard of planning, activation and delivery of work through to devising innovative & insight driven strategies.

As a senior member of the department your focus should always be on delivering the best results for our clients, to be a strong counterpart for the SEO team and to deliver best practice Paid Media strategies for your clients. We are looking for those that stand out from the crowd; people who are highly motivated, organised and passionate for all things digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Development and management of paid media campaigns across multiple channels. Primarily in Paid Search (AdWords, AdCenter), as well as hand-on experience with Paid Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter);
  • Understandind of other paid media such as display and affiliate markeitng;
  • Ownership of strategy and delivery for all paid acquisition channels;
  • Growth of paid media channel building relationships with a variety of suppliers, media owners/third parties;
  • Progression of the Paid Media team; coordination of activity ensuring deadlines are met, client expectations are exceeded and knowledge base is grown;
  • Working with the wider digital team (Content, PR & Outreach and Project / Account Management) to collaborate, deliver integrated campaigns and exploit new opportunities


Minimum 2 years’ experience successfully running paid media campaigns, primarily paid search, but an understanding of paid social and display is beneficial.
