01.The Role

To make sure our clients are fully utilising our technology to digitise their business, streamline their processes and sell more online.

You must have a passion for digital, be solutions orientated with a ‘get it done' attitude. A people-oriented problem-solver by nature.

Our clients success is our success and by providing a consultative service that spots revenue-generating opportunities for our clients, you also support the growth of our business.

Ensuring our clients can find a quick and easy solution to their query.

Salary: £20,000 + commission

02.Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers with technical issues or seeking advice
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and the details provided by the customer
  • To question, qualify and information gather on issues that require next-level support (design or development)
  • To manage our retained client portfolio by scheduling reactive works and advising on website upgrades and improvements
  • To spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities of Venn’s products or services that support our clients in meeting their commercial goals
  • To manage the workflow into studio on Fridays, including briefs, testing and client feedback
  • To report on our retained client’s hours usage and flag any issues
  • Pass on any suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • To build out content that will support our customers in resolving their own queries
  • To support the wider business with testing, population and content production where relevant

03.The Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Content Management Systems and ticket systems/PM software
  • Good understanding of web functionality, device behaviour and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
