Whilst recruitment companies recruit candidates every day, recruiting for their own brand is a lot more difficult. The industry is saturated, competitive, and it's very difficult to stand out from your competition. Aside from the monetary incentives, recruitment consultants need to be able to buy into a brand and everything it stands for.
Having already built a suite of recruitment websites for Staffgroup, their flagship brand Eurostaff, came to Venn with a brief to build an internal recruitment website to encourage direct applications into the business.
We wanted to build a website that engaged with a young audience, was interactive, and showcased Eurostaff's fun yet professional culture. Features of the website include job vacancies with easy application - quick CV drop via Dropbox, Google Drive, Github, Onedrive, Alfresco (to name a few) allowing candidates to apply on the move / on their lunch break from a mobile or tablet.

The Eurostaff careers website generates over 400 visitors each month and a consistently high level of CV applications. The internal recruitment team have found that interview attendance rates have increased and made a positive impact internally in boosting moral.
