Venn Digital is a fast-growing digital agency and requires a Paid Media Manager to build on the agency success to date and to continue its development.
As the Paid Media manager, you are ultimately responsible for the campaign activity for our clients. Your main objective is to ensure that we plan and deliver effective campaigns that result in improved media performance. Your role requires you to take ownership of key account development, to ensure the right work is delivered for clients so that they hit forecast targets against their business objectives and media spend. Building strong relationships and taking overall responsibility for everything from technical standard of planning, activation and delivery of work through to devising innovative & insight driven strategies.
As a senior member of the department your focus should always be on delivering the best results for our clients, to be a strong counterpart for the SEO team and to deliver best practice Paid Media strategies for your clients. We are looking for those that stand out from the crowd; people who are highly motivated, organised and passionate for all things digital marketing.

We are looking to grow our team devoted to all things pay per click. Given recent successes in term of client growth we are looking for someone to come and help us deliver on our campaigns and help continue the great performance.
Working with rest of the paid media team, you will be focused on day to day management across a variety of clients. For the most part this will be paid search across Google and Bing! but will also include elements of paid social, affiliate and display.
We are a very close team so you will have an opportunity to have your say and input in to how campaigns can and should run. Support is provided by our account management team with the clients and you will be surrounded be a host of other experts across SEO, Design, Development, Copy and Content.
This person will be primarily focused on selling all of our services outlined below to new and existing clients and therefore must have some experience of the products below.
Websites – Mobile 1st, database driven and or ecommerce solutions
Content – Video / Photography / Interactives / infographics
PR – Offline and Online creativity using the content we have produced
SEO – Technical aspects of optimisation
Paid Search – Social / Youtube / Google
