Venn has announced its new Parent Initiative to support those returning to work from maternity and paternity leave as part of its recruitment drive.
For those that don’t know, we’re a market-leading MarTech business that specialises in digital solutions for recruitment agency and employer brands. Our services range from simple SaaS recruitment website design to full-service recruitment marketing strategies. Through a combination of recruitment tech platforms and creative digital marketing services, we help clients achieve ROI.
Our continued success is down to our amazing team, and now, we are reaching out to the local parent community in Cheshire with various part-time job opportunities to support those coming back to work from maternity and paternity leave with a flexible role and a supportive working environment.
Why have we launched the Parent Initiative?

Positively, post-pandemic, there’s never been a better time to adopt a hybrid approach and empower working parents. We want to provide this opportunity for parents and champion highly skilled workers.”

Work with the wider performance marketing team to have a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to deliver original, inspiring and innovative content.
Collaborate with the Head of Project Management and studio team to support web projects. Populate and test new websites and see first-hand how we bring client briefs to life.
Work alongside designers, developers and strategists to create design concepts that help our customers achieve their goals and stand out online.
