The Venn Team Has Grown Again!

This January, we welcomed five new faces to the team.

To support our existing clients and continue to welcome new brands to Venn, we’ve been busy searching for some fantastic new additions to our project, performance, and support teams.

Without further ado, let's meet the new members…

George Papoulakis, .NET Developer

George has joined Venn Digital to work as a software developer. This means making sure our customer's websites look good and function efficiently. This role combines knowledge of functionality with digital aesthetics to make each Venn project unique.

“Venn offers a lot of web programming experience and allows me to join forces with other teammates. It’s a very social and progressive place to work, which I believe increases focus and work satisfaction. At many other places software developers often work in isolation which results having very few social connections and limited visibility within the company, but Venn is not of those places. It strikes a good balance between work and good relationships with the rest of the members of staff.”

Michelle Duncalf, Digital Designer

Joining Venn’s project team as a Front-end Digital Designer, Michelle will be working alongside our developers to bring brands visions to life.

“Recently I had been on the lookout for my next perfect role and was really excited when I saw the vacancy with Venn. Venn have so much variety regarding the clients they have and I’m looking forward to putting my stamp on them.”

Chloe Hampson, Copywriter

Chloe is our new Creative Copywriter. Her job is to help businesses succeed through various forms of content, from finding a brands tone of voice through to blog posts, or SEO content.

“Previously, I worked in house and wanted to branch out into agency life and came across Venn. The client portfolio looked very exciting and Venn seemed like the place where I could learn from the best of the best- everyone here is so talented!”

Connor Burgess, Business Development Manager

Joining our sales team is Connor. As Business Development Manager, Connor will focus on onboarding and new client relationships. 

“The culture of autonomy and accountability is what drew me to Venn. You feel like you are a vital component of a broader vision and not just another cog-in-the-machine. I am also fortunate to be joining Venn at an exciting time, with the launch of our new tech stack on the horizon. It really feels like we're on the cusp of something special.”

Corinne Hooley, Digital Apprentice

And last but certainly not least is our new Digital Marketing Apprentice Corinne. With our last Apprentice recently promoted to Support Desk, we are thrilled to take on another talented member to support the project team on a daily basis. Corinne will be getting full exposure to life at a digital agency and the variety of clients we work with. Being on an apprenticeship scheme, she will get the opportunity to train in a new field whilst gaining work experience.

“I chose Venn because they are an agency offering a range of services, so during my Apprenticeship, I can learn from the best. I also really liked that Venn works across different sectors, meaning that I’ll get to work with loads of different clients. I also can’t deny that the office space is amazing.”

For now, we welcome them remotely, as we continue to stay safe working from home.

We are thrilled to welcome such passionate and motivated marketeers to our growing team and look forward to our return to the office!
